Fun and games, indoor and outdoor.
We have a Safe and secure outdoor area especially designed for the use for young children.

Sessions run from 8.45am until 12.45 pm.

Art and craft activities

• Fees are £7 per child per session
• Siblings at a reduced rate of £6.00
• Dacorum card holders. 40% off

Lunch
Bring a packed lunch and a drink. We provide a snack mid morning which is juice or water and fruit. Please do not bring canned or fizzy drinks. If your children do not have fruit please provide them with a healthy snack (Cereal bar or plain biscuit) so that they do not miss out.

Play
We have craft activities and a wide range of indoor and outdoor play activities to suit all needs.

Qualified Staff
The play scheme is Ofsted inspected and offers a safe environment under the care of qualified staff. The staff are all C.R.B. checked and hold relevant qualifications

Inclusion
We include special needs children, but need good notice to plan for extra staff ratios if support is needed.

Children's details
Children's details must be filled in and emergency contact numbers given. Please sign your child in and out. Notify staff of who will be colleting your child.

Please bring
Coats, sunhats, weather appropriate clothes as we do like to make the most of our outside area.

Please refrain from bringing toys from home, a lot of distress is caused if they go missing or are put away with our toys. Do get children to wear clothes that you do not mind getting messy, it takes the worry out of playtime.

Collecting children
Please wait for the staff to open the doors as this helps us to monitor the children leaving. Please collect your children on time as people use the premises after us.

Payment
Can be made at Woodhall Farm Community Centre. Please pay at the office. A receipt will be written on payment.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of play scheme dates booked cannot be refunded unless the spaces are filled. Places will only be booked with payment.
